For the first time ever in Australia, Ormond College Drama Club performs Joseph K, an amateur production by special arrangement with Dominie Drama on behalf of Nick Hern Books.

Tom Basden's darkly comic adaptation of Kafka's the Trial follows the descent of its protagonist into paranoia and madness as he gets lost in an increasingly terrifying bureaucratic hell. As his phone stops working, taxi drivers no longer acknowledge his address, and he starts finding men being whipped in his stationery cupboard, Joseph begins to lose his mind searching for answers.

Please note: The Gala event will occur after the show on Thursday 6 August, however you can also buy a gala pass with a ticket to any other performance.
